Introduction

ALCMQ-3 Series Rotatory Die-cutting Machine is driven by chain. It is used for die-cutting corrugated paperboard and different kind atypic packages. The advantage of the machine is high efficiency, power save, good safety and so on. This machine use PU roller cover which is imported from Taiwan, the usage life is more than 12million times. The machine has the function of automatically line-speed compensation, this function makes the die-cutting size of the paperboard is exactly right even when the roller cover is attrited. The renovate structure 3times prolongs the life of the roller cover. The feeding system use Computer control automatic feeding system. The operation and usage is very easy.

Computer Part:

Complete Computer and PLC control system.

The main motor is Frequency conversion speed adjust, effectively save the power, when increase the speed, the machine work stably.

Front and back control panel is clearly and centralized, the operation is very easy.

Whole machine is controlled together with Light, Electricity and Gas.

The electrical equipments are all use famous brand.

Feeding Part

Vacuum suction model automatically feed, one time finish work of slotting, cutting, pressing line and holing.

Feeding speed is about 10000pcs/hour, cutting precision is ±0.75mm.

The phase use planet-gear electrical control, fast adjust when open and close the machine.

Front baffler is handle adjust, and side baffler is electrical adjust.

The feeding roller has rubber surface, can well protect to break the paperboard, and make the paper feeding exactly right.

Die-cutting Part:

Material of Die-cutting roller is good-quality steel, thickness 40mm, hard chromeplated.

Automatic compensation of the line-speed means: the automatic compensation structure makes each batch carton size same after die-cutting without workers operation.

6-grade fine-grinding gear, with material 40cr, has long usage life.

The die-cutting part use cylinder automatically separate equipment, well reduce the abrasion of the roller cover.
